1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
9592 Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Fährstraße 217
40221 Düsseldorf
Germany
Managing director: Christo Wilken
Email: [email protected]
Further mandatory details are in the imprint.
2. Data processing when visiting the website
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically records information in server log files that your browser transmits. This usually includes your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and your browser type and operating system. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). The log data is retained only as long as it is needed for these purposes.
3. Hosting and content delivery network
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Delivery and protection additionally rely on the content delivery and proxy service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Both providers process the technically required connection data, in particular the IP address, on our behalf as processors. This can involve a transfer to the USA. Both providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection for this. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies and § 25 TDDDG
This website uses no non-essential cookies and no tracking. No information is stored on or read from your device for advertising or analytics purposes that would require consent under § 25 TDDDG. For this reason there is no cookie banner on this website.
5. Reach measurement
We do not use a separate web analytics service. This site loads no analytics or tracking script and sets no analytics cookies. For reach figures we look only at aggregated, per-page request counts taken from the server logs described in sections 2 and 3. Those are counts of requests rather than of people, and they are not used to build profiles. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data-minimising reach measurement).
6. Contact and form
When you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide, in particular your email address and the content of your message, in order to answer your enquiry. The form submission is handled technically by the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the data on our behalf. The provider stores form submissions for about 30 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
7. Newsletter and email updates
If you subscribe to email updates, we process the email address you provide in order to send you occasional news about our work. The signup is handled technically by the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the data on our behalf, the same as the contact form. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in any email or with an informal message to [email protected]. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. Your rights
Within the limits of the law you have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), and to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), and data portability (Art. 20). You have a right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, an informal message to [email protected] is enough. Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
